Our Knitting division is equipped with advanced Mayer and Cie circular knitting machines from Germany. Knitting division has the capacity to produce 3 tonnes per day. The fabric range includes Single jersey, interlock, rib, flatback rib, pointel & drop needle rib, mini/full jacquard fabric, auto stripes, waffle, airtex, 2thread/3thread fleece, terry, loop knit and pique.

Our dyeing unit is situated in the outskirts of Tirupur and has the facility of doing sample programs & bulk production having automatic lab dip machines. Dyeing Of Fabric is carried out in Soft-flow machines of 250,450 & 600 KGS.

The dye-house has the capacity of handling 6-8 tons fabrics per day. It is supported by a latest technology effuluent treatment plant to ensures a cleaner environment. The CETP membership has kept them above the normal standard of social accountability which is a moral responsibility of every processing house.

Compacting machines Tube-tex ( from USA) and Ferraro (from ITALY) with dryer machines. To achieve batch to batch consistency in shade, eveness, excellent feel and perfect shrinkage properties. Production capacity is 8 tonnes of fabric per day on an average.

We use both manual and layer cutting methods, which would vary according to the styles and fabrics. The section also has Band Knife machines. production capacity 5,000 garments regular styles.

With its wide range of advanced machinery & proficient labour capable of producing stylized garments with perfection & finesse, the sewing section has a hi-tech infrastructure. The production lines are fully integrated and operational with various types of powered sewing machines from Brother, Juki, Pegasus. 150 imported machines equipped with our sewing unit.

The knitwear is then subject to a through check by skilled supervisors. Even the smallest defect is not overlooked. The checked pieces are ironed then rechecked and packed for shipping.

We use vacuum table and steam boxes for the garment pressing purpose and the packing of the garments is done in a clean atmosphere.

Garments are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch.
